I need customer support NOW!

  • How is it impossible to speak to someone? You charged my account and I need a refund. I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days!

  • What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
    And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
    This is wordpress.COM support. I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.
    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: If you purchased a domain URL through wordpress.com and wish to keep it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  • @spoteet you do not have charges (or sites) on this account, but if you’ll enter your details at wpchrg.com you can find the charge and get in touch with support as needed.

    I know I don’t have any sites with WordPress, I deleted them. Yet I was still charged.
