I need help mapping a domain for an account transferred to me

  1. I own originally under my business account thepachinkoman. I have recently separated several blogs including this one to be under my personal account txcanoeman. My domain mapping for it is about to expire. I want to renew it but am unable to. I think this might be because I switched ownership from thepachinkoman to txcanoeman. Can you help me please?

    For cases of refunds and cancellations, it's best to start a fresh thread. But I'm happy to help you this time here :)

    You can cancel and refund yourself by going to your blog dashboard and navigating to Store > My Upgrades:

    Under the upgrade you'd like to cancel, you can click on "cancel and refund" - your refund will reappear on your bank statement in about 7 days.

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I mixed up my email and my user name. My user name was Vintagepachinko, not thepachinkoman. Hope that helps.


  6. cancel that Zandyring. I think it was a browser issue. I couldn't see a submit button in Safari but just tried in Firefox and was able to renew.
