I paid for Premium but nothing has happened
I have paid and received a receipt of payment but wordpress has not picked up that I am premium. It is still asking for me to pay to map my own domain etc. I couldnt contact via contact form as it wont recognize that i purchased premium. please help

Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
I already have my own domain name, I just want to map it to wordpress. It is asking me to pay $13 when I have already paid the $99 premium upgrade which WP won’t recognize.

I would like this rectified ASAP as I have paid and have a custom theme ready to upload.
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.
There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. Please read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ To use any third part theme you need to move your content into a WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database. Ok thanks I’ve worked out how to do this. Who can I speak to in regards to the $99 paid. I want to use this for that purpose.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
When I go into Store > My Upgrades it says
“You don’t currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com, If you would like to customize your sites look or feel, or add a custom domain, you should consider purchasing an upgrade in our Store”
But in Store > Billing History is has my transaction..
