I purchased a Value Bundle but can't access the upgrades in my dashboard

    I purchased a value bundle but it doesn't show up in my dashboard as available. This is for a secondary blog. Any suggestions?

    The blog I need help with is

  2. Log in under the username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades for it.
    > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    > Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  5. Checked all. Purchased a wordpress value bundle and the domain got mapped but I cannot access the "customize" feature - says I still have to purchase it! Can see receipt for $99 dated two days ago. What now?

    That could be the problem. Did you buy it under that one or your main one?

    I bought it as the secondary one & can see the receipt - just can't seem to access customize feature. Keeps telling me I need to purchase it. Which I already have. Is there an actual help line for wordpress? It took 2 days for the domain to map - expected that --
