  2. In your dashboard, go to Store > my upgrades and you can initiate the refund from there if it has been less than 30 days since it was purchased.

  3. the problem is that it was done charging automatically, so it's been more than 30 days, I did not know what had been done the payment, can not cancel after 30 days?

  6. The Custom Design upgrade had auto-renew enabled and was renewed on March 11. Due to the amount of time that has passed, we are unable to generate a refund for this transaction.
