I want to cancel my bundle but support is CLOSED???!!!

  1. I want to cancel the bundle that I purchased yesterday but when I went to contact support I saw the following message:

    Support is closed while the company meets up and works together for the next week. We will be back on October 29th.

    In the meantime, please use the search box below to find a solution to any problems. Alternatively, head to the Forums if you’re in a pickle, there are some great volunteers who will be able to sort you out, and we’ll also be checking in there regularly.

    How do I go about cancelling this product and getting a return. I want to keep the domain name but I don't need the other upgrades, because I've determined that I need a self-hosted solution (which I also just got from Bluehost) to complete my project. Can someone help me? The bundle costed $49.00 and I would like a refund since I can't use it.
