I want to cancel my domain.

  1. I want to cancel my domain, it has been about a year since purchased. How can I go about this?

  2. To cancel a domain you registered with, please log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by contacting Staff and I have tagged this thread for their attention. Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  3. Canceling a domain after 2 days of purchase means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
