I want to cancel my domain, but it doesn't show up on my dashboard.

    I’m trying to cancel my domain – kittenspoopingrainbows.com – but it doesn’t show up under “my upgrades” on my dashboard. Can you please cancel it for me?

    The blog I need help with is laurenmoughon.wordpress.com.

    kittenspoopingrainbows.com is set as the primary domain for kittenspoopingrainbows.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

    The most common error we Volunteers deal with here is the fact that bloggers don’t comprehend that they must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account in order to access the blog.

    To cancel a domain you registered through WordPress.com, you ought to be able to log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by Staff. I tagged this thread for their assistance.     I am so grateful for your help, and so sorry for my ignorance. Thanks for your patience and assistance! I purchased this domain months ago, so I think I may require staff’s help to cancel it. Thank you for tagging this thread for their assistance. You’re awesome.

    What’s required is the username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for the blog in question.

    It seems you are logged into a different account than the one that purchased the upgrade. Please make sure you log into the correct account in order to cancel the domain. If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.

    Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don’t receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)
