I want to cancel my domain subscription
I bought yesterday my domain magopedroparra.com, but i want to cancel it and have my money back. ¿How do y do it?
Sorry for any mistakes I could have made, but english isn’t my language;)
The blog I need help with is magopedroparra.com.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

Note: The refund can take 1-2 weeks to post back to your account.
how bout if i bought a domain name 2 months ago? how do I cancel it now. Your Support Page gives details of how to do this, but none of it is relevant as the My Upgrades page gives no option to cancel.

we registered the domain http://www.crossfit-hi.com but we cannot use that name due to trademark issues.
on our dashboard, YESTERDAY, i went to the Store>Domains and bought a new domain that has no trademark issues … http://www.crossfithighimpact.com and made that my primary domain.
the trademark issues are still in place though because the http://www.crossfit-hi.com domain still re-routes users to the crossfithighimpact.com site. I need to CANCEL the http://www.crossfit-hi.com domain and keep the crossfithighimpact.com domain.
how do I do this???

What I bought (18$) was this: Domain Mapping (magopedroparra.com), Domain Registration (magopedroparra.com).
I go to store -> my upgrades, and then, in product “Domain: magopedroparra.com” i click on “cancel and refund”. Then I get the message:
The domains registered in WordPress.com can’t be eliminated here. You’ve to contact support and ask for the elimination.
(Los dominios registrados en WordPress.com no pueden ser eliminados aquí. Debes contactar con Soporte y solicitar la eliminación.)

Just in case you’re not happy with your upgrade we offer a limited refund on newly purchased upgrades.
New domain registrations will be refunded if requested within 2 days.
Domain renewals are non-refundable.
You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.
