I want to cancel my WordPress

    I have tried NUMEROUS time to reset password using “reset” “lost password” account recovery form etc and I have provided EVERYTHING that was needed to do this…. I have never been so frustrated with a site that I can’t get back on after paying almost $300!
    I’ve used the passwords that were generated no luck, used my username which is my email no luck,,,, I just want out and be compensated for this lousy support system. Please direct my where I can close my account.

    I’m so sorry for the trouble! I reviewed your beautyallure45 account, and it does appear to me that the account was activated normally but no blog was ever created, only a username. Were you by chance using a different username other than beautyallure45 when you first started?

    Is there anything I can do to help you from this point? It sounds to me like you may have had something happen to your account which was a mistake and made it harder to get setup, but I can help. Let me know if you’d be willing to give it one more try and I will do my best to help things go more smoothly this time.

    Hi, I’m so glad you’re willing to help! I’m so lost with this. I’ve written down the only username I would have used and that is my email address other than that I can’t imagine using another name, I even tried to use 2 variations of the spelling of my email address (for my username) maybe with your help I can do it step by step, sure I’m willing to give it another try because I want to have my site using WordPress and I already have someone that is going to help me set it up, if I ever get this fixed. I work the night shift so is it possible that we can do this tomorrow? In the mean time,I will gather the info I have.
