  I have a wordpress.com website http://www.foweyholiday.co.uk which is currently diverted to a different hosting service. This is up for renewal how do I get wordpress to host it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We currently don’t take incoming domain transfer. You can keep the domain registered at the current domain registrar and map it to your WordPress.com blog.

  To map the existing domain, go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.

  Please take a look at the following guide before going through the process.

  I let the site drop off the Heart server and then paid for it be mapped to wordpress. But now it is down altogether with the message: ” The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
  moments. ”

  Looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  I am sorry but it is still not working – I have obviously done something wrong.

  The original page is riversidecottage.wordpress.com and the domain I want this to appear under is http://www.foweyholiday.co.uk and I have paid for an upgrade with wordpress which was supposed to achieve this.

  The nameservers have been updated on Go Daddy as you suggested but on my wordpress upgrade page it is showing Site Redirect: http://www.foweyholiday.co.uk when I want it to show domain mapped to wordpress.com.

  It is really difficult for me not being an IT expert to sort this especially when there is no-one I can ring. Please can you help me sort this.

  Oh, you purchased a Site Redirect upgrade. That directs your WordPress.com blog to a site hosted elsewhere.

  What you want is a Domain Mapping upgrade.

  I have canceled and refunded your Site Redirect upgrade. You can now map the domain following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
