Ibought the value bundle and I am not happy with it at all. I thought I could be able to upload HTML files from my Iweb and I am unable to do that. This site is way more complicated than I am able to handle. I paid the 99 dollars for the site and all I want to keep is the URL registration please. Do you have a phone number to actually speak to a human?????????
    Blog url: http://dragonflywingsinc.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is dragonflywingsinc.wordpress.com.

I am a human being, as are all of the others here.

Your bundle included a domain registration.

Unfortunately, we can only refund the domain registration portion within 48 hours.

If you’d like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $73.

As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.

Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

Ok this is why it would be nice to be able to pick up a phone and speak with someone. This is so frustrating to type something back and forth.
    1. I would like to keep the domain name for my site DragonflywingsINC.org as I am a nonprofit for cancer patients and would like to keep that.
    2. I would like to be able to use that domain name on GoDaddy or some other site that is easier to use.
    3. I am not sure exactly what I purchased for that 99 dollars but as a nonprofit I cannot afford to throw money out the window.
I have a beautiful site I’ve created using iWeb and I thought I could upload it to my wordpress.com account but I am now finding out that is not the case. I need to be able to use something that is a little more user friendly and I am finding this site NOT to be that.
    I appreciate the help

I looked where you said. I want to KEEP my domain registration and name (dragonflywingsinc.org) NOW how do I take that someplace else? A redirect that I NOW have to pay 13 dollars to do?

1 and 3. I have canceled and refunded your bundle minus domain as requested, for the total of $73 ($26 is the price of the registration without the bundle).

    2. Once you have established hosting on another provider, you can direct your domain to them by changing your domain’s current name servers to theirs. Just following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

You don’t need to pay us to redirect the domain, changing the name servers is free.

Ok now I changed the DNS but it is still pointing to the wordpress blog. How do I switch it to my external hosting provider at go daddy?

dragonflywingsinc.org is properly pointed elsewhere. (though you might want to double-check those name servers with GoDaddy, they don’t look right)

When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors”. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. Please rest assured that everything is proceeding normally with your domain.

Thank you for your response. I’ve called go daddy and updated the servers. However, my site is still showing up on automattic and not godaddy how do I change that? When you type in dragonflywingsinc.org it isn’t going where it is supposed to

WordPress.com is a product of Automattic, Inc.

As mentioned above, it can take up to 72 hours for the domain change to propagate to your ISP’s DNS caches.

I would like my $99 refunded as I have automatically be redirected to post my site FOR FREE on wordpress and have been desperately been e-mailing for days for someone to CALL ME or simply contact me via e-mail for help. Your support is horrible and if I am going to do this blind I want my money back and have had no direction whatsoever how to even do that. I have even purchased a premium theme and would like my money back for that. Please contact me so I can actually get my website up sometime soon.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    If applicable see also http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundle

    @loneraft
Just to be clear about this the site linked to your username is NOT a free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. On this support forum we provide support only to those who have WordPress.COM blog issues.

Go to the footer of the blog linked to your username and locate this link and click it “Powered by WordPress” Note that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

No one needs to call you at all. If you have purchase upgrades form WordPress.COM for a blog you failed to post the URL for into this thread then that will be verified here
    > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    > Dashboard > Billing History

If you do not find a Store link then you are not logged into a free hosted WordPress.COM blog.

If you do find a Store link then you are logged into a free hosted WordPress.com blog and you can follow the instructions for refunds.

Just to be clear- I paid my $99 to use wordpress.com… NOW all of a sudden I have 2 wordpress.com and wordpress.org blogs with my domain that I purchased elsewhere that I am hosting privately at another site. if you actually had people to talk to me it would be a lot easier to explain my situation so that I am figure this out and get the help that I need. not all people need cookie cutter support forum answers. personal attention might be needed off a private forum

and to be clear I wanted to use wordpress.com because I thought it would be easier for me to use… apparently none of your services are helpful at all- now I have 2 blogs for one website and I have been doing twice the work with nothing to show- no support at all for my money
