    I want to talk to a HUMAN BEING.. this does not completely answer my question!!!! worst customer service EVER

    There is no phone support.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.     I am saying this is not helpful and very impersonable. As far as all the other websites out there as for as confusing and hard as it is for many of us to put our lives outthere- you could at least put yourself out there for at little help and reassurance and peace of mind. I, personally am going at this alone- and all the other websites have provided a PERSON to help me through this. But since I have gotten to this point- I have been STUCK with stock answers. I might as well google an answer- which I have and that has only gotten me so far. I think of myself as a fairly competent person, but this is something that is totally foreign to me. A simple reassurance from someone who knows what they are doing might make the process a little better. That’s all i am saying. I mean really- who doesn’t have customer service? Obviously people who don’t like people? I am really lost and need a person to help me.

    And I don’t want to have to spend more money to have to talk to people- that’s an awful business model. Maybe if I could talk to someone I would spend more money

    I apologize that it became “adversarial” however I wouldn’t quite call it a “conversation” it was more like talking to a robot. I can tell by reading through the thread that I am not the only one who feels this way. As a novice blogger this has only made my experience setting up my blog more frustrating. Having actual HUMAN contact over the phone might have been more comforting rather than running in circles over the website and waiting for hours to find in a stock answer in a public thread. Non-professional and frustrating

    Yes, some people prefer personal telephone support, this has definitely come up in the past. Unfortunately, we don’t provide phone support at the moment, but we’ve written tons of documentation, and there are active community forums (where volunteers and Happiness Engineers come all the time) where you can get answers to your questions, as well as (most of the time) email support for users who have purchased upgrades. We try to answer questions as fast as we can, but response times can be slower around the weekends.

    I looked at the thread again and your specific question was about canceling a bundle and a premium theme, and @timethief provided information on how to do that. It is a stock answer, to a question that comes up often, and it provides a short, accurate answer.
