I'd like to cancel my WP Pro package and ask for a refund.

    What is the URL of the free hosted blog you are referring to purchasing a premium upgrade for please? provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  3. @lizqiao89: you purchased the WordPress Premium upgrade in October 2012, which is well outside our refund window.

    I have disabled auto-renew for the Premium upgrade on "" Please note that if you want to continue using the domain mapping for the domain, you will need to renew that separately in September 2013 for $13.
