My jetpack stats on blog.corinbishop.com was working fine until recently but now jetpack isn’t working at all.

I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting tips and nothings worked. I did a debug on the jetpack page (still doesn’t show settings or stats, just shows the learn more options).

Jetpack recently issued version 2.0 – could you please try installing that version on both sites and let me know if you’re able to connect and get Jetpack running?
If you’re not, would you please try deactivating all other plugins and see if you’re able to connect? If you are, try reactivating each plugin one-by-one, testing Jetpack in between each to see what other plugin might be conflicting.
I’m on version 2.0 and I’ve also tried deactivating all other plugins and still unable to connect. I’ve tried running a jetpack compatibility test but don’t want to post the log here. I don’t understand the logs so not much use to me! Can I send them somewhere?

I don’t see any error message. This is part of what is confusing. I’ve always had jetpack running. It suddenly stopped and the jetpack stats option no longer appears in the dashboard. When I click on the Jetpack option I just see a page full of ‘learn more’ buttons. It doesn’t say it’s connected/unconnected. Just nothing. Screen shot of Jetpack menu and jetpack page attached. When I go Plugins>Jetpack>Settings it just brings me back to the Jetpack Learn More Page.

Could you please try uninstalling Jetpack completely, deleting it from your server, re-uploading and re-activating? Let me know if that allows you to see the WordPress.com connection option.
If that doesn’t work, could you try activating Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve (one of the default WordPress themes) and see if the connection option reappears? Some themes conflict with the connection mechanism so doing this would rule out a theme issue. (Please note that you may need to reset some theme-specific settings such as widgets, so it’s a good idea to make a note of them first.)

I installed JP. Made sure all files were deleted.
Activated the 2011 theme and then installed JP while 2011 was still active.
I got the connect screen ok.
reactivated my theme.
stats still there
I just have a few days of missing stats but I think I can live with that!

Glad you’ve gotten it back up and running. Unfortunately there’s no way to get back the stats for the days where Jetpack wasn’t connected – sorry about that.
