    I have people copying my photos and posting them on their own website without giving me proper credit. How do I protect my images so they can’t be copied? Please let me know.

    Make sure you put a watermark on them, make sure you keep the files small enough so they can’t be used offline, and send DMCA notices to the websites where your copyright is being abused.

    The Directive (93/98/EEC) harmonizes the terms of protection of copyright and neighbouring rights.
