All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. The message means that you have used all of your upload space for media up. You will either need to purchase a space upgrade or delete images from your Media Library and posts to free up space so you can uplaod more images. It’s very comoon for new bloggers to upload HUGE images and rely on the cropper. That’s not the best way to go if you want the best image quality and don’t want to waste your upload space.
