    After 24 hours, it still shows the following sentence.

    “We are processing your import now and we’ll send an email when you are all done. If we do in 24 hours, please contact support and we all settled.”

    Who can help me?

    I have tried again, it was successful at the beginning. But, after importing 2 files, it failed again, the same problem appeared that I cannot import anymore. Please help. Thanks!

    How can I send you a screenshot? I know how to import in my wordpress.org blogs, but I don’t get the import option at wordpress.com.

    Hello cheerfulmonk,

    Thanks so much that helps a ton. You are viewing the menu in collapsed mode. If you click the arrow I’ve highlighted in the screenshot in this link you will be able to see the expand icon: https://cloudup.com/cWuaDCJjDUT

    Another option is if you hover over the tools icon, don’t click, you will see a menu pop out with more options.
