  1. Hi! I want to use the "Import" facility but unable to do so. The following is what comes up:

    We're processing your import now and will send you an email when it's all done. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we'll get everything fixed.

    This is probably my 3rd or 4th request for help to get this resolved. Please help!

  4. Well, I'm not at all sure you are in the right forum, since you haven't provided a link to your blog here, but I'm going to suggest you contact staff via the Help button on your dashboard.
