Import not working

  1. My Import is locked up and still processing after 24 hours. Can I get this fixed to reload new content?

    The blog I need help with is

  2. Is it a large file? Sometimes you have to break it down into chunks, and sometimes you have to get staff to intervene for you. If you can break it into chunks by date or by category you should be okay.

  3. Not a large file...still processing.

  4. I have the same issue. It is not a large file but it still says "Processing" while I got an email that says the import has failed. Because the import page still says "Processing" I can't even try to reupload.
