When I go to Tools > Import and then the WordPress importer, I am immediately taken to a page that says:
“Processing… We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
At no point do I see that page that allows me to actually upload files to import, which I see with all the other types of importers. Instead, I see this page that comes after it, as if I somehow uploaded a file which I didn’t.
Could this please be tagged for the staff to view? This is a technical problem with the WP software. It is a problem that affects my site and others in a major way. This has been posted about multiple times in the past but no one has ever responded to the issue. Thank you.
