Add topic to favorites
I have a blog in blogger i want to move to wordpress but it keeps freezing on ‘importing’ and doesn’t do anything for hours. what can i do? or what am i doing wrong?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How big a file is the export file from Blogger?

this is my blog http://caveycakes.blogspot.com.au/ and there are 24 posts. just simple text and photos. i don’t know how big the files are…

i have now managed to export it out of blogger as an xml file. blog-02-02-2012.xml
how can this get put into wordpress?

Go to Import on your dashboard and navigate to the file.

On your dashboard, go to “Tools” on the left side panel at the bottom, then put your mouse on it until “Import” pops up, and upload the XML file
