I wasn’t going to say anything, but after reading several posts like this I needed to speak my mind…I’ve observed just a couple of people who always tend to lash out at others, whether it be the OP or a commentor, and underhandedly insulting them versus looking whatever problem is at hand, or trying to offer good and sound advice.

If you can’t contribute something to a topic that is relevant, keep your damn opinion to yourself!

I’m not pointing any fingers, but maybe you should save your angry criticism for your own blog, it’s not witty, it’s not entertaining, and it turns people off to you.

TimeThief always seems to handle these advice and help situations professionally, with the most relevant information that she can dig up. Why can’t you?

    (you know who you are…)

As for GreenLasagna, I hope you are able to fix the problem with the pertinent and helpful information that some have provided here for you, and if not, good luck in your future blogging endeavors.

    tootles :)

@greenlasagna, if you come back to this thread, I would suggest that if you do not have the expertise to fix all the errors in your blog, that you hire someone to do that for you to get it cleaned up.

On your new blog, the W3C validator is showing 487 errors and 152 warnings. Search engines could stop crawling your blog due to all those errors. I’ve seen that happen many times before.

Yes, everyone knows who we are. But we don’t lower the boom until it’s been lowered on us. Pointing out that the answers have been supplied and ignored is not name-calling.

greenlasange now has a Blogger (blogspot) blog on her domain.

I ran the wc3 HTML validation check on the HTML here http://validator.w3.org/ Not surprsingly given that it is a Blogger template the HTML does not validate. The results were Errors found while checking this document as XHTML 1.0 Strict!
    Result: 487 Errors, 152 warning(s)

I also ran the CSS through the validator here http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ and It does not validate either. These are the results – W3C CSS Validator results for http://www.greenlasagna.com/ (CSS level 2.1)
Sorry! We found the following errors (55)

I wish her all the best in 2010 with her new blog.

Of course not: it was diagnosed as “serious personality faults”.

    Piling on is never cool.

I wonder why that should apply to others but not to the one that wrote it.

An interesting thread, but perhaps becoming something else?

Come, gentlemen [gentle-women], I hope we shall drink down all unkindness.

    (h) mmm… Happy New Year to all, and to all a good-night.

…sorry panag, I don’t get the joke. If you’d like to elaborate, feel free to send me an email, the address is on my about page. You’re right Tess, this discussion did become something else, hopefully someone will mark it as resolved very soon.
