  2. If your email provider has changed some settings at their end, you may need to update your custom DNS records under Store > Domains - Edit DNS:

    Please ask your email provider exactly how you would need to alter your current DNS settings, as there are no IP addresses specified there right now.

  5. Hi there, in order to map a domain to you do need to use our name servers (, etc.) - so that part is set up correctly.

    If you also need email on your custom domain, your provider has to supply you with the necessary MX, TXT, CNAME and other necessary DNS records, as outlined here:

    Add Email
    Add Email through other providers

    If they don't offer those types of records with your account, you may want to look at a different provider instead. You may want to show them the links above and ask if they're able to accommodate you.
