When my home page initially loads after typing in the address: it isn’t loading the page correctly. The search bar is cut off as well as the top of the page under the header. When I click on “Home” the problem is corrected. It displays correctly. I have tried multiple browsers, refreshing and clearing the cache. My home page is a static page instead of the usual blog scroll. How can I fix this so that it displays the *initial* homepage correctly???

The theme you are using is displaying correctly for me. I do not see those issues at all. I am using Firefox 21.

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at please try upgrading or switching first.

Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see >

If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at please do these four things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

    2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled:

    3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    4. Try enabling HTTPS:

If it’s still happening, let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary and also post any error reports you get.

The page loads correctly if you just click the above link where it says:
“The blog I need help with is”

However, I am finding if I TYPE in the web address it isn’t loading correctly for some reason.

It loads for me when I type in the URL and click.

Okay, great! I don’t know what it is doing. Now when I type it in it seems to work, but when I hit the refresh button it does the weird stuff again! Very odd. It is strange, because I tried it on different computers and different browsers too! Oh well. Thanks for your reply timethief! :)

    Your’ welcome and best wishes.

The page displays correctly in Firefox but not in Safari. This needs to be fixed by WP.

    Thank you justpi for checking.

I noticed three days have passed and this thread lacks a modlook tag to bring the issue to Staff attention so I tagged it. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

    Thanks timethief!
I don’t know what a modlook tag is. Not sure how to subscribe to it either! Sorry, I’m a bit of a newb. :)

oops! I’m signed in under my other account! lol kristinbell runs moderngermanfilm! hehe

I took a look and everything is working properly.

Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this? You can upload the screenshot to your blog’s media library.

    Thank you!

Sure. This is what it is looking like *sometimes* especially when I hit the refresh button.

It is missing some of the white space at top. It looks like it just isn’t scrolled up properly, but none of the browsers I tried will let me scroll up. It just hides the search bar and the white space.

I was able to reproduce the issue. I’ve just reported this to our theme developers and I’ll contact you once it’s fixed.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the delay. The issue has been resolved. Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
