"insecure" site
-
My anti-virus software says my site is insecure (and others have told me theirs says the same). I use WebRoot; not sure which other softwares are saying the same.
When I try to use my site and I get a “blocked – insecure” notice from WebRoot, and I click through it, I get this in my address bar: http://blogname.com/#?1#?1#WebrootPlugIn#?1#?1#PhreshPhish#?1#?1#agtpwd
This doesn’t happen all the time, but it has happened occasionally over the course of the last month or so. Starting to worry about it.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi there,
I took a peek at your site from a computer with WebRoot Secure Anywhere installed, but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue.
I also went ahead and scanned the site using the most popular site scanners, but they all listed clean/good status for your site:
https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=http%3A%2F%2Fbreslinfarms.com%2F
http://www.avgthreatlabs.com/website-safety-reports/domain/breslinfarms.com
http://sitecheck2.sucuri.net/results/breslinfarms.com
I don’t have a direct link for the Trend Micro results, but it cleared here as well:
http://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/Sometimes notices like this can happen due to certain settings within the antivirus software. It looks like you’ve your site here for about three years, but recently you mapped a domain to it.
There is a possibility that that the scanners might not like something about the domain being newly associated with the site, but I’d recommend checking with the support staff over at WebRoot to be sure.
Though I’m not sure how much it could help, I’d be happy to take a look at a screenshot of the warning message if you’d like to upload it to your media library the next time you see one.
If you have any questions, just let me know how I can help.

Thanks so much for your help and feedback. I actually mapped the domain to this site when we first got it – maybe it was renewed recently, though. I did finally get this notice again today, the first time since your response, so I took a screenshot and uploaded it to our media library: http://breslinfarms.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/breslin-farms-security-alert.jpg. Does that tell you anything else?

It looks like it may be deemed suspicious due to the fact that the domain has been active for less than a month – not from anything malicious. You can use http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-reputation.php?endpoint=alturaassociates.com&repindex=40 to request a change in URL reputation.
On your own computer you can click the ‘Unblock page and continue’ button to unblock the page.
