"Invalid Activation Key" instead of showing about me, first post, etc.

Dear Support, I have established a blog for my sister-in-law who is attending Mayo Clinic in Arizona. The blog is set-up and activated; however, for every link on it – if clicked by her (signed-in) or a guest on the site, it transfers to a page which states: “activation key invalid” The links come out as:

Instead of “About Me” or the first post.
Let me know what we can do to have the posts viewable by her and the readers :)
For confidentiality reasons, I can answer any question relating to this blog — my wife and I set it up for Vanessa. Because she is hospatilized, it is much easier for me to handle correspondence :)
