Invites not being received

    I’ve sent a bunch of invites to family from my private blog, but only about half of them are being received. They’ve checked their spam/junk folders and that doesn’t seem to be the problem. Before they accept the invite, some of the invites appear in the ‘Already invited’ list under the ‘Invites’ tab with ‘not used’, others i’ve sent don’t appear at all. When i try resending the invite it says ‘invite already sent’, but there’s no record of the invite and it hasn’t been received at the other end. Any tips?

    I’m so sorry this is happening to you. Have you contacted Staff and provided them with your details? If not, then please do that now. Here’s the link After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
