Is it possible to let users edit or add posts on my website?

I’m using a blog, which is made to host our group’s Pokémon Showdown replays. However, I must add them manually each time they post replays as comments on the “replays” page I created. Is it possible to add a sort of “add replay” box, which has two cases, “link” and “description”, so that the page is automatically edited with the replay’s link?

Don’t bump posts; it’s obnoxious and you could have found the answer by simply searching the forum.
If that function is what you want, then what you want is a wiki, not a blog.
