Is my ticket lost?

    Submitted a ticket privately on the system yesterday (28 hours ago) and have had no response.

    Given tickets submitted publicly since then have had responses from WordPress staff, does that mean my ticket is lost?

    Seems odd that it would take that long.

    I doubt it is lost – sometimes that staff get backlogged with support requests – they work the tickets from oldest to newest –

    Yes for many questions the public forums are quicker much of the time
