I’m sorry but this is a no can do. Please read this so you understand the difference between a post and a page. In a blog there is only one dynamic page which displays your most recent at the top. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

OOPS! I just noticed that you do not have a wordpress.com blog linked to your username. Linking your wordpress.com username to your wordpress.com blog is the best free advertising you can get.

Provided that you are signed into wordpress.com when you leave a comment on a wordpress.com blog then every other person who is also signed on to wordpress.com will be able to click your wordpress.com username (which is linked to your blog) and arrive on the front page of your blog.

The added benefit is that volunteers and staff will also be able to locate the blog linked to your name with a single click if you ever need an adjustment made to your blog.

It’s very easy to do. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard –> Users –> Your Profile. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ and fill in the address of your blog and then click ‘Update Profile‘.
