Isn't it time for themes allowed affiliate's to enter other country URL's?

The new Twenty Ten is very nice but isn’t it about time that the theme contained the opportunity for affiliate’s to add other countries’ I.D.’s?

The world is shopping on the Internet but by using a WordPress theme, affiliates can only direct their site to one sales location.

Example, an Amazon site built for a U.S. URL will not be seen the same way in Canada, France or Germany and were someone to purchase from one of these, the commission would not be received.
