    Hi.
today I visited jetpack in translate.wordpress.com and found huge strings updated. But there are many duplication found after exporting po file and opening it at poedit. poedit indicates 1064 strings but translate.wordpress.com shows more than 1700. so about 700 strings are duplication.

    please correct it.

    thanks.

The blog I need help with is martian36.wordpress.com.

Hi there, I just want to let you know that our Jetpack team has added some translated strings to GlotPress. You can see the already translated strings here: http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/jetpack/235

We’re still looking into the issue with duplicated strings. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more information about that. Thanks!

Hi there, our team released a Jetpack 2.4 GlotPress project, resolving the issue with duplicate strings:

While translating, I found something ambigous.

“With WordPress.com Connect, your users will be able to log into your WordPress admin with the same credentials they use to log into WordPress.com.”

Above string says, “users can login into WordPress admin“. I don’t know if the “WordPress admin” means admin dashboard or something.

Maybe Jetpack 2.4 is in work in progress. I need to check if the translating well done or not. I must wait.

    thanks.

Yes, in this case “WordPress admin” means the admin dashboard (for a self-hosted WordPress.org site). Let me know if you have any other questions about that!
