Jetpack support doesn't respond to help requests

  • Hello,

    I must have submitted five tickets over the last six weeks and not one ticket was replied to. I am still having the same issues and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Jetpack. Any suggestions on what I can do here to get some assistance?

    I do not see any Jetpack support tickets in the support history for this account. Only three forum threads, including this one.

    And I also don’t see any tickets in our ticket system referencing the site, dizzed.com, or your username.

    How exactly did you submit a ticket to Jetpack, and regarding which site? After you submitted the ticket did you receive an automated email containing a ticket number?

    No, I never received an automated email containing a ticket #.

  • Hi – Thanks for that information. Can you try to submit the ticket from a different web browser? Or clear the cache in your current one and try again. As mentioned, you should get a note back from Jetpack with a reference #.

    I just submitted the support request again. No ticket # received. All I received was the following after I submitted the support request:

    Contact Support
    Thank you
    Your support request has been submitted to our team of Happiness Engineers. We will respond as soon as possible.

    No e-mail was received. I also checked my email and bulk folder. Nothing received.

    Which email address are you entering into the contact form? If you type the address here as normal, it will be redacted from the public but I’ll be able to see it.
