Jusifying Title

  1. I am new to Word Press and finding my way around pretty well. These forums have been helpful when I've stumbled, so thank you. I haven't been able to figure out how to left justify a post title, however. Is there a way to do this? The default seems to be center justified, which leaves big spaces between words.

  2. Your blog is not hosted at so you have to ask over at unless you are talking about a blog hosted here, but that isn't the one in your profile.

  3. Now I'm confused! What's the difference?

  4. The placement/justification of a title is theme dependent, but you might be able to change it with CSS. Since I know nothing about CSS, though, I can't say for sure.

    A work around:
    You are using Kubric, and it seems that you can make the title tagline move to the left by adding   repeatedly after your text. You'll have to experiment to see how many "  "s you need to add.

    I don't know what happens in other themes, should you decide to change themes, but it's an easy experiment to try.

  5. Excellent suggestion...and one I should have thought of! thanks

  6. You are most welcome.

  7. Kubrick uses only one css declaration for both the post headline and the body text. If you want to pop for the upgrade all you have to do is find this in the style sheet and change the word justify to left:

    .post {
  8. Oh, no, the code got stripped:
    add this:

  9. Great, thank you.

  10. Good to hear you got it sorted.
