Hi! I have a website running on WordPress and after having some (now resolved) issues with my hosting company, I updated the CMS to 4.8 but happened to notice that when you open my website (adampodwika.pl) you get a warning about an SSL certificate.

I don’t have any knowledge in this area, so anybody here could please help me out? I’ve installed the “Really Simple SSL” plugin, but when I go to its settings, there’s this warning:

The mixed content fixer is activated, but was not detected on the frontpage. Please follow these steps to check if the mixed content fixer is working.

Any clues? I really need the website to work properly as it’s one of my main sources of income (I have photography company).

    Hi there,

There are two different versions of WordPress. These forums only provide support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

If you need support for a self-hosted site using software from WordPress.org, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.

If you need to set up ssl, your hosting company are probably the best people to contact.

To learn about the differences between the two versions of WordPress (.com vs.org), please see this guide.

    Good luck!
