Sep 9, 2019 at 8:31 pm #3365299 macmanxStaff https://myamericangenealogy.wordpress.com/ has technically already launched, it’s just set as Private. You can make it Public following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ Sep 9, 2019 at 9:03 pm #3365314 danielson27Member Those settings are grayed out and I can’t select them. Sep 9, 2019 at 9:06 pm #3365316 macmanxStaff Hm, that doesn’t make much sense. First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/ If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser. If it is, please do these two things: 1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. 2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled. Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble. Sep 9, 2019 at 9:19 pm #3365319 danielson27Member Tried another browser. The options were still grayed out. I tried to launch the sit again and got to the plan options, but there was no free option listed. Sep 9, 2019 at 9:36 pm #3365323 macmanxStaff If you don’t see a free option, it means you chose a custom domain, since those require a paid plan. Would you please use https://snipboard.io/ to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
