Layout issues

    On my blog the menu bar is at the bottom. I checked all of the posts for <div> and there were none. I also reduced the amount of blogs posts in the settings but that did not work and by that I mean it did not change the appearance. It was still displaying 3 posts instead of 1 post. I’ve already changed my theme for not applying changes to my platform and it’s not working again. I’m not sure what else to do.
