Just curious as to how I can change my blogroll links so that they open in a new window as opposed to opening in the same window as they do at the moment.
Any help would be much appreciated!
    Thanks,

I think that’s coded into the themes and we don’t have any choice. The only thing I can think of is deleting the blogroll and making a text widget with all the same contents, only using links that open in a new window.

raincoaster, it’s possible actually. disasterblog, edit your blogroll link, and on the right sidebar, select target. it will open up to several options. make sure you tick the one marked ‘_blank’.

do note however that there are blogging ethics issue about this. apparently some people do not like it that when they click on a link a new window pops out, as it goes against their right as a user as to whether they want a new window to open up or not.

Ah, thanks sulz. I should do that. And put in a text widget explaining “all exterior links open in new windows”.
