Links not showing in Expound previews

Hi. First time poster, longtime struggler with WordPress! :o)

I’ve just installed Expound on my blog, which looks great and I am enjoying it thus far. But I’ve discovered that links in the text of blog posts don’t appear as clickable links in previews.

For instance I have a pile of posts under a category here, and one of the posts (the second bottom one) has a number of hyperlinks within the body of the text (indeed, the whole idea of the post was to create a “gateway” to a group of related posts).

Annoyingly, though, the links don’t show up in the preview I just linked to – only in the post itself.

Is that something inherent in the theme or in WordPress, or have I missed something obvious; and is there any way around it?

    Thanks in advance.

The blog I need help with is

I use the WordPress>COM version of the Expound theme on two blogs and believe this is by design.

We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum. and are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

    Ah, sorry! Silly me.

    Thanks for the pointer.

No problem Simon and best wishes.
