Which plugins are included in the free account? Are additional ones or increased access to install plugins available with any upgrades?

The plugins page has no useful information on the topic of plugins. All it says is you have a bunch & most people will not have or need access to it.

Since I’m considering moving an existing blog that uses many plugins, it seems critical to get this information to find out if is even up to the task.

    Looking forward to some details.

All we know is what is stated here

There is no FTP access to our free hosted blogs and we blogger cannot install any plugins into them. The only upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins is the Enterprise upgrade.

… all of our paid upgrades, including premium themes and Custom Design, and the best of all the built-in VIP features such as 70+ approved plugins which include integrations with top partners such as Flipboard, Chartbeat, and Facebook, and custom JavaScript for $500 a month per site.

Those with installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.

I haven’t seen a list of active plugins for a couple of years now. You might be better off emailing staff at support at wordpress dot com and seeing what they say.

Also a good idea to review the Terms of Service since you have an ongoing site – you are limited in some areas here in what you can do
