Live Preview isn't working

    sjs1689: you should be able to use the customizer once you're written a post, OR if you set the "About" page as the static front page in your dashboard under Settings -> Reading

    brandonandress: which of your sites is causing you issues? Would you mind starting a new thread and tagging it with "live preview issue" and which site(s) is experiencing this issue? You can mention in the thread that I asked you to start it. Thanks!

  18. Good morning Richard (: many thanks for your help ! i had this problem yesterday with one of my tests site (orittest17) but now according your question i checked it in some others site (Hebrew and English) and the same problem was there.
    But ! while i'm writing you here i had an idea - i modified the interface language from Hebrew to English and guess what ? it was ok.
    So maybe this problem coming according to the the translate of the interface language ?

    i I re-directed my domain name - The site is till not working at it is still at my old domain hosting space.
    I presume I need to wait 48 hours for that to work.

    But my preview also doesn't work is that related to my domain change.

    Could you try swtiching back to Hebrew, and seeing if the issue is still there? Also, what browser are you using? Could you please try with a different browser? You can find links to all the most recent browsers here:

    Tenerifedogs: the site loads fine for me. If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please start a new thread for your issue and add the tag modlook to it? Someone will have a look at your issue. Thanks.

    I'm with Chrome.
    I'll try later with the Explorer and let you know.

    Thanks for this information, I was able to reproduce: in Chrome with Hebrew as my interface language, the Customizer didn't work as expected. I'll report this bug. Thanks for your help!

  25. I'm keeping tabs on this issue, so if someone else doesn't get back to you, I will. At the same time though, I do not know how long it will take for a fix to be made, but I will let you know as soon as there is some progress.

    Do you have third party cookies enabled on your browser?

  29. I did verify that I do have third party cookies enabled. I have two blogs. One seems to allow live preview and one does not. The site I am working with is the one that is not working:

    Are you sure that you see "Great, third party cookies are properly enabled in your browser!" at ?
