log in error message about memory size exhausted

When I put in my pw for wordpress.com (in order to be able to get jet pac connected) I used the same one as on my wordpress login. I submitted for the jet pac update and now keep getting memory capacity error statements when I try to log back into my wordpress account. I can still get to my blog Dashboard using a formerly opened window but I get a similar error message from WordPress when I click on any of the functional tabs in the drop down menus, including my profile ( which I can see but not edit). My blog is still up and visible to visitors – http://0304191.netsolhost.com/WordPress/ – but the error messages keep listing different lines for custom background ( which I have not changed in several months ). Here is an example of the error message I am receiving – “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /data/22/2/70/33/2070196/user/2269491/htdocs/WordPress/wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 768” and line listed changes from 308 to 582 to ? depending on what function I am seeking to use.
    Blog url: http://0304191.netsolhost.com/

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.
