I need a form builder plug-in to make an intake form, not just a contact form. and there are a whole lot which one do you guys think is easiest to use?
The blog I need help with is echolage.wordpress.com.
If you are areferring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog please provide the URL as you blog is not linked to your username.
