  2. Goo day to you,
Your theme is a premium theme and when you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. Please click this link and post to that forum for theme support. Premium Themes Forum link.

  3. BTW yu can look here to find some free image editing software, that you can use to create a custom header of the exact size applicable to your theme and upload it.

  4. YIKES! I'm having a missing letters day when I type and I'm also posting into a CSS Forum thread because I did not read the forum title at the top of this thread. I am sorry for being so careless. :( Please ignore what I said. Staff will respond to you in this thread.

If you want to get a custom header designed you can find many affordable designers. You might want to check out Life Made Lovely Designs She does custom headers.

I can't tell what kind of blog you have, but if it is lifestyle, crafty, or designs, I might be able to help. You can contact me through my blog!

  6. Something is way, way, way, way wrong with your site, .

Until whatever is wrong with it is fixed, nothing can be done. I checked in Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome and in all of them it is totally blown up. I see no evidence of left over CSS edits from a different theme, so I think you need to see if staff can figure out what went wrong and fix it. search for anything, scroll down, click "No..." and then the contact form will appear.

  10. @jade, you cannot use a PSD file on the internet. The file has to be a JPG, PNG or GIF. In photoshop, open your header image, go to the file menu and select "save for web & devices and then if it is a photographic type image, or an image with gradient-style graphics, choose JPG and save it. If it is a graphic type image with solid colors, choose either GIF or PNG. Then you can upload and use that image for your header.
