Looking for Team Coordination Plugin

  1. I am trying to find a plugin for wordpress that would do something like this:

    Control and edit a page that is the first thing registered users log in to. Put up notices, discussions etc, a team meeting spot.

    Ability to create tasks for registered users and perhaps some sort of email notification system that can email them when dates are closing in etc.

    Just anything really to organize my team that I can use to automate contacting them all.

    Perhaps even a third party solution not even on wordpress that works strictly off email.

  3. There is no FTP access to free hosted blogs and we cannot install plugins. and are completely separate, have different logins and run different versions of theme by the same name.
