lost "Follow" option

Having received a complaint from a reader, I see that, apparently, the “FOLLOW” option no longer appears on my WordPress top-level page – although I have had (and still have) followers. Since I don’t see quite the same view as owner that others see as readers, perhaps to them FOLLOW still appears. Advice, please? Thank you! (www.terencekuch.com)
