magazine style

    i am presently working on converting my blog into a membership magazine site and am a little confuse how to work every posts on pages (menu) to have categories/tags and show up in frontpage.

    can i use the reading settings as static page ? because i have used it and look more like what i want e.g is a typical example of what i wanted to do so how do i go about it using wordpress?
