    I need my code EPP. I made that instructions and I haven´t recived the e-mail to give me the code
    It is urget!!!

    I have done, I checked all the time my junk mail but nothing. I did again all the process and nothing.




    When you access your Domain Manager following the guide at you’ll see your domain contact info at the bottom of the screen. Please make sure that you’re checking that email address, not your account’s email address.


    I have reviewed and the email was sending to ((email redacted)) not me. I dont know why? They are the support of wordpress not?. Now what I must to do.



    You can change your domain’s contact info from the same screen.


    Thanks for help me to find how to chanche the mail for recive my EPP. But Now for this reason my domains is lock, I recived this mail:

    “The transfer you requested has been declined because you opted-in to a transfer lock for 60 days when you agreed to the Automattic Change of Registrant policy.”

    How can I do for unlock the domain?. In reference at ICANN:
    “Domain name is in “Lock” status (Registrars must provide a readily accessible and reasonable means for name holders to remove the lock status. Contact your registrar for assistance.)”

    I send a message at e-mail asking that unlock but I haven´t recive answer jet.
    Now I´m having problems with my control panel in my new hosting. Please tell me how can I unlock my domain. Thanks!



    Unlocking the domain is part of the early transfer steps, have you tried that?


    Yes I did it for get the Code but the e-mail was sent after to do all the transfer to my new host. Even after to confirm that the transfer to my new host was made successful



    Ok, then I recommend checking with the host that you’re transferring the domain to. It sounds like it’s going through properly and the email was just sent in error.
