Main blog page appearance glitches
Is anyone else having issues with the appearance of their main page? Mine all of a sudden started appearing with a very large font. It looks ridiculous.
The blog I need help with is hooliganism.org.
It seems there’s an unclosed HTML tag somewhere in the first post of your blog. If I click through to any of your other posts by themselves, they all look fine.
Go into Dashboard>Settings>Writing and under WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically check the box and save your settings and see if that doesn’t correct the problem.
Thank you! Will check right now.
Jennifer! You’re awesome! Found the unclosed HTML tag. Thank you so much! I would have never thought to look for an unclosed tag.
I was attempting to register a new blog after getting this message from WordPress:
“The blog you were looking for doesn’t exist but you can create it now!”
So, I attempted to “create” it now, but then received this message:
“Sorry, that blog is reserved!”
Do you know how someone can simply reserve a blog?
Thanks for your help.
You need to contact Staff and have them sort this.
Thank you for the advice!
You’re welcome and best wishes for a happy ending.
Apparently I seem to be having the same problem as George Watson: all of a sudden my main page looks weird (very large font, different color). I already followed Jennifer’s suggesting, but that didn’t help. My posts look normal and the problem only occurs when using Internet Explorer (in Firefox the page looks normal). Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!
